Frequently Asked Questions

Does It Really Work?

Yes, it does, and there’s a physical reason behind it: by reducing the amount of noise that reaches your dog’s ears, their nervous system stops receiving the “danger” signal and naturally begins to calm down. It’s not magic or a placebo — it’s the same principle as the hearing protection babies wear at concerts. Most owners notice a difference from the very first use.

Will It Bother My Dog or Will They Try to Take It Off?

This is the #1 question we get. They weigh just 52 g (less than a collar) and the fabric is breathable, so almost no dogs reject them. During the first 1–2 minutes, they may touch them out of curiosity, just like with a new harness. After that, they usually forget they’re wearing them completely. If your dog is very particular, put them on for 30 seconds on the first day with a treat and build up from there.

Are They Safe? Can My Dog Wear Them for a Long Time?

Completely safe. No medication, no chemicals, and no pressure on the ears. The fabric is the same type used in human sportswear — soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic. Your dog can wear them for several hours at a time without any issues. Do not use them for overnight sleeping without supervision or on dogs with serious respiratory problems.

What If It Doesn’t Work for My Dog?

You have a 30-day Calm or Money-Back Guarantee. Try them during the next storm, on New Year’s Eve, or in the car. If you don’t see your dog feeling calmer, return the product and we’ll refund 100% of your purchase, in accordance with the conditions set out in our refund policy.

¿Y si no me funciona?
