You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, in its original packaging, and with the proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent only after authorization and to the address that will be provided to you by email.

The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with the corresponding replacement or refund, at no additional cost to the customer.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with current European Union regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging.
The direct costs of the return will be borne by the buyer.

This right is included within our extended 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at lucasstoreonline2@gmail.com.
